Developed and taught by RIT's esteemed Saunders College of Business faculty, the advanced certificate in accounting and financial analytics provides knowledge in data science and statistical analysis so accounting and finance professionals can mine and analyze data to improve business strategy, operations, and outcomes.
The online curriculum and faculty are identical to the on-campus program, and online students receive the same distinguished certificate. What you will learn
This graduate-level credential provides finance and accounting professionals with the data skills they need to operate effectively in today’s data-centric environment. You will learn how to access, interpret, analyze, and report business data, as well as use visualization as a decision-making tool in functional business areas.

Courses completed in the certificate program may be applied to the master’s degree in business analytics, or can be used as valuable academic and applied experience for students pursuing master's degrees in fields such as finance, accounting, management, applied statistics, and computer science.
